Residential Program Positions
The Stanford Online High School Summer @ Stanford and Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies Stanford Summer Humanities Institute (SHI) and Stanford University Mathematics Camp (SUMaC) residential programs will be on campus in 2024.
Important Dates*
Any times listed are in Pacific Time (PT)
- June 3-14, 2024: Asynchronous Virtual Onboarding
- Around June 15, 2024: Resident Director and Assistant Resident Directors Move In (Hotel)
- June 16-18, 2024: Resident Director and Assistant Resident Director Training
- June 18, 2024: All Residential Staff Arrive on Campus to Begin Training (Required Dinner in the Evening) New date
- June 19-21, 2024: All Residential Staff Training**
- June 22, 2024: All Residential Staff Off
- June 23, 2024: SHI Session I and SUMaC Move In
- July 12, 2024: SHI Session I Ends. All Staff Not Returning for SHI Session II Move Out by 5:00pm.
- July 13, 2024: Training for Staff Arriving for SHI Session II. All Other Staff Off.
- July 14, 2024: SHI Session II Move In
- July 19, 2024: SUMaC Ends. All Staff Move Out by 5:00pm.
- August 1, 2024: S@S Only Staff Move In
- August 2, 2024: SHI Session II Ends. All staff Not Returning for S@S Move Out by 5:00pm.
- August 2-3, 2024: S@S Only Staff Training. SHI staff Returning for S@S Off August 3, 2024.
- August 4, 2024: All S@S Staff Training.
- August 5, 2024: S@S High School and S@S Middle School Move In
- August 11, 2024: S@S Middle School Move Out. Staff Move Out by 5:00pm.
- August 18, 2024: S@S High School Move Out. Staff Move Out by 5:00pm.
*The Nurse and Program Assistant, Residential Programs will have different onboarding timelines since both positions support pre-program work. Please refer to the approximate dates in both position descriptions.
**The SUMaC Drop-In TAs and Technology Specialist will not be required to attend all training sessions. Please refer to the required sessions in the offer letter.
