EPGY residential counselors are selected from the best and the brightest university undergraduates and graduates, who have a passion for teaching and mentoring others. They are primarily current or former Stanford students or students in colleges and universities at the International Programs location. The counselors serve a dual role in the residential and instructional sides of the program. They provide innovative social programming and supervision of participants in all aspects of their residential life, and they have a mentoring, teaching and tutoring role with one of the Summer Institutes courses. Residential counselors selected from the international location will be an information source for the local region.
