EPGY Summer Institutes International Program participants will have their meals in campus dining halls that serve a range of healthy options, cafeteria style, for each meal. At each International Program location, the local cuisine will be represented throughout the program, and western cuisine will be offered as well. EPGY also provides an afternoon snack to refresh students after study hall. Specific dietary requirements can be accommodated, and the cafeteria will always have a vegetarian option. Students admitted to the EPGY Summer Institutes will be asked to provide information on dietary restrictions. |
