Applications are no longer being accepted for the Activities Coordinator positions. All positions have been filled. The Activities Coordinator organizes and implements the comprehensive planning of afternoon, evening, and weekend activities for Summer Institutes students. Afternoon activities, offered daily, are an integral part of the Summer Institutes and reflect the diverse interests and talents of the students. Typical activities include sports, music, arts and crafts, local excursions, and many others. Afternoon activities are led by the Residential Counselors, who may assist Activities Coordinators in developing new ideas for offerings. More elaborate activities such as dances, talent shows, concerts, slide shows, and carnivals are organized for the weekends and some evenings. The Activities Coordinator also helps plan and coordinate field trips and special meals. This is a full-time residential position offered for the High School Program and Middle School Program only (no Activities Coordinators are being hired for the International Programs).
