Marina Shapiro is a Mathematics Instructor at the Education Program for Gifted Youth at Stanford University. She received her undergraduate degree in mathematics and computer science from Santa Clara University. She later continued at Santa Clara to receive her Masters in education with an emphasis in gifted education.

Prior to teaching at EPGY OHS, she worked at the EPGY Summer Institutes, the Stanford University Mathematics Camp, and various high school and middle school classroom settings.

In her free time, Ms. Shapiro enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.
