Dr. Del Buono holds a B.S in Systems Engineering with High Honors from the Univeristy of Virginia, where he received the Jefferson Prize for “Best Undergraduate Thesis.” After receiving an M.Phil in Economics from Cambridge University, he went on to get his M.S. in Engineering (Engineering – Economic Systems and Operations Research) and Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
Dr. Del Buono has over a decade of experience working in the financial sector, first as an asset valuation expert in the private equity sector, and most recently as a securities analyst at a hedge fund.
